Slow movement, calm breath, attentive touch. I teach Tai Chi and Chi Gong in Erfurt and offer private sessions.
Every week at Yoga Palais and Ekatra in Erfurt. No experience needed.
Maybe you know this
Everyday life moves fast, and your body can barely keep up.
You sit a lot each day and long for movement that feels good.
You want to slow down and still feel fully awake and alive.
You're looking for a practice you can keep for life, at any age.
Higher, faster, further
is familiar.
Here it goes
deeper, slower,
more supple.
Back into the body, into the breath,
and into a calm that gives you strength.
The Practice
Three practice forms, one principle: do less, be more present. It's enough to be there and join in.
太极 · moving stillness
Slow, flowing movements in which body and mind come to rest. You practice at your own pace, with no pressure to perform.
气功 · breath & strength
Simple exercises that open the breath and let energy flow again. What feels heavy and tired becomes light and mobile again.
点穴 · acupressure
Gentle work on the body's points and pathways. Deep relaxation, release of what's held, a sense of arriving in your own body.

About Me
I'm Lisa, and I teach Tai Chi and Chi Gong in and around Erfurt. Daoist practice is how I live: slowly, attentively, and close to nature.
My classes and sessions are about rest and reconnection with your body, your breath, and nature. I love working with others: in Erfurt's yoga studios and on rain-free days outdoors in nature.
"The soft overcomes the hard. Stillness moves more than haste."
